Outlook: Enriching profile cards with custom, organization-specific properties
Outlook profile cards can now display custom organization-specific properties sourced from external systems like HR platforms. Tenant admins must configure these properties, including display names and icons, to enable the feature.
Action required: Tenant admins can configure custom organization-specific properties on profile cards via M365 admin settings to display relevant organizational data.

Customers can now customize their M365 profile cards by adding custom properties unique to their organization. These properties can be sourced from external systems like HR platforms, enriching user profiles with relevant organizational details. Tenant admins can configure these properties with a display name and icon, which will appear in the Contact Information section of the profile cards.
