Outlook: Offline settings "Days of email to save" admin policy
Tenant admins will gain the ability to set and enforce a default value for "Days of email to save" in Outlook offline settings, with the option to allow or prevent end users from changing this policy-controlled setting.
Action required: Review and configure the new "Days of email to save" admin policy under Settings > General > Offline to align with your organization's offline email retention requirements.
