The Expense Agent mobile app for Dynamics 365 Business Central extends expense capture to iOS and Android mobile devices by enabling employees to submit receipts directly from their phone or using native share functionality. Employees can take a photo of a receipt with their phone camera or select an existing image or document, and share it with Expense Agent mobile app. They can also capture multiple receipts directly from the mobile app and process them automatically. The Expense Agent mobile app processes the input, extracts relevant information, and automatically creates expense entries without requiring additional manual steps. The mobile experience provides a full-featured interface aligned with the web app, allowing employees to review, modify, and complete expense details before submission, but also full approval experience. Employees can manage individual expenses and entire expense reports directly from their mobile device, ensuring flexibility and control regardless of location. The key Dynamics 365 Business Central expense management capabilities, such as capture, validation, review, and submission are available on the Expense Agent mobile app supporting end-to-end workflows in a consistent and user-friendly way. The Expense Agent mobile app also works in offline mode where you can capture your receipts even if you are not connected to your environment, and once when you have an internet connection, agent will process all of them.
