Teams Queues app now includes AI-generated intelligent call recaps for recorded queue calls, providing automatic summaries, key discussion points, and follow-up actions to reduce time spent reviewing recordings.

Spend less time catching up on call recordings to resolve customer issues faster. For recorded call queue calls, the Queues app now supports intelligent call recaps for recorded calls that includes AI-generated summary notes, key discussion points, and follow-up actions. Navigate to the call record in the Queues app and select the Recap tab to access.
