The custom permissions UI in the Microsoft Purview Information Protection File Labeler will be enhanced to match the Office custom permissions menu, allowing admins to assign viewer, restricted editor, editor, and owner permissions to multiple groups simultaneously.

Microsoft's description
This feature borrows the familiar custom permissions menu in Office and replaces the existing custom permissions UI in the Microsoft Purview Information Protection File Labeler. The new menu enables viewer, restricted editor, editor and owner permissions to be assigned to multiple groups at the same time.
