Outlook: Automatic Draft Minimize
Outlook will now automatically minimize drafts when users close them instead of fully closing them, allowing quick access to in-progress drafts via a button in the message list. This is a user-facing behavior change with no admin configuration required.

When users close a draft in progress, it automatically minimizes instead of closing completely. The minimized draft can now be quickly accessed via a button that appears in the message list.
