Microsoft Teams: Organize important resources in chats and channels

Microsoft Teams is adding a new resource organization feature that allows users to pin content (links, files, messages) beneath chat and channel headers and organize them into folders. This is a new capability with no disruption to existing pinned messages, which remain available alongside the new resources feature.

Microsoft's description

Microsoft Teams is introducing a new way to organize and access important resources in chats and channels. Users will be able to pin key content, including links, files, and messages, directly beneath the chat or channel header for quick access. Resources can also be organized into folders, making it easier to keep important information visible and discoverable in active conversations. This update provides a more consistent experience across chats and channels, helping users stay organized, quickly find key resources, and remain aligned on important information. Existing pinned messages will continue to be available within the new experience, alongside other shared resources, on Teams desktop and web.
