Microsoft 365: Create full-workload backup policies for Microsoft 365 Backup
New capability enables admins to create automatic backup policies that cover all users or sites in a workload and automatically include newly provisioned users or sites, reducing manual backup management overhead.
Action required: Evaluate and configure full-workload backup policies for Exchange Online, OneDrive, and/or SharePoint Online users and sites in your tenant.
