Customers can now access their Agent 365 data through the Agent Dashboard in Copilot Analytics (Insights), enabling leaders to understand activity across all agents registered through Agent 365. Customers with Agent 365 and Copilot will now see the Agent 365 Dashboard with the ability to view historical data in Agent Dashboard.
