Work IQ: Memory capabilities expand to agents
Work IQ agents now have access to expanded memory capabilities including Custom Instructions, Saved Memories, and work account data through a new /memory/me/coreMemories MCP path, enabling more personalized assistance. This feature is in development with no immediate admin action required.

A new Work IQ MCP path, /memory/me/coreMemories, gives authorized agents access to a user’s memory profile. This profile enables agents to provide more personalized and relevant assistance. At launch, it includes Custom Instructions, Saved Memories, relevant work account data, and memories derived from chat history. The memory profile will continue to evolve and improve over time.
