Microsoft Viva: Viva Glint - Configure data retention policy for Viva Glint
Glint administrators can now configure data retention policies to control how long survey cycles (engagement, always-on, lifecycle, and 360 surveys) are retained before automatic deletion.
Action required: Glint service administrators should configure data retention policies for their Glint instances to align with organizational requirements.

Microsoft's description
This feature will introduce the capability for Glint service administrators to configure a data retention policy for their Glint instances based on the organizational policies. Any past survey cycles including engagement surveys, always-on surveys, lifecycle surveys and 360s will be retained/deleted based on this data retention configuration period.
