Microsoft Purview: Endpoint Data Loss Prevention – Ability to protect files stored in the excluded folders in Windows
Endpoint DLP will expand protection coverage to previously excluded Windows folders (Temp, AppData) to detect and protect sensitive data in these locations. Admins may see increased DLP activity in these folders once the feature becomes available.
