Teams admins gain new visibility into desk utilization analytics through the Teams Pro Management portal for bookable desks with associated peripheral devices and proper licensing (Teams Shared Space licenses). This provides parity with existing room analytics capabilities.

Teams admins can access utilization analytics for Teams bookable desks on Teams Pro Management portal, similar to analytics provided for meeting rooms on the portal today. For utilization analytics to be enabled, a desk needs to have one or more peripheral device associated, and the desk needs to be licensed with Teams Shared Space license or Teams Shared Space - Single Space license.
