Users will be able to view PDF, Markdown, and HTML files alongside conversation context in Teams chat and channels, improving multitasking and reducing context-switching. This is a new feature with no admin configuration or migration required.

Review shared files without losing conversation context. When you open a PDF, Markdown, or HTML file from a Teams chat or channel message, the conversation appears alongside the file and takes you directly to where it was shared, allowing you to catch up on the discussion and respond without closing the file preview or switching back to chat.
