Outlook: Variable number of message preview lines
Users can now customize email preview text display in the message list to show 2 lines, 1 line, or no preview lines. This is a user-facing feature with no administrative action required.

Outlook for Windows and Outlook for Web will now allow users to modify how the preview text for emails show in the message list. The preview text can now take up 2 lines, 1 whole line, or 0 additional lines.
