Outlook: Delimiter setting admin policy
Admins gain a new policy to set organization-wide defaults for comma-based recipient delimiters in Outlook compose/reply. A bug fix is in progress and expected mid-June 2026.
Action required: Review and configure the new tenant-wide delimiter policy setting for recipient separation in Mail Compose and Reply if your organization has specific delimiter requirements.

Admins will be able to define a tenant‑wide default value for the Mail Compose and Reply setting that controls whether commas are used to separate recipients.
