Microsoft Teams: External group chat policy enforcements for max two orgs
Teams external group chats will now be limited to members from a maximum of two tenants, with bilateral policy enforcement. Admins can control and apply these policies to users and groups to manage cross-organization collaboration.
Action required: Review and configure external group chat policies to enforce the two-organization maximum limit for your tenant users and groups.

Facilitate creation and maintenance of external group chats with bilateral policy enforcement where members in the chat can belong to a maximum of two tenants. Allow tenant admins to control bilateral chat policy and apply it to users and groups.
