Outlook: Keep Invitations After Responding in Outlook Mobile
Outlook Mobile users gain a new optional setting to control whether meeting invitations remain in their inbox after responding. This is a user-configurable feature with no mandatory administrative action.

You can now control whether meeting invitations are automatically removed from your inbox after you RSVP. Simply to go to settings, calendar, and turn off or on "Delete Invite After RSVP."
