Dynamics 365 Field Service: Support multiple payers across Work Order lines
Dynamics 365 Field Service will support multiple payers at the Work Order line level, allowing different billing parties (warranty providers, manufacturers, partners) to be assigned to individual line items within the same work order. This provides greater billing flexibility for field service operations.

Field work does not always have a single payer. A customer may be responsible for the primary service while another party, such as a warranty provider, manufacturer, partner, or other eligible billing customer, is responsible for specific products or services performed during the same visit. This capability gives service teams more flexibility during execution by allowing the billing responsibility to be determined at the individual Work Order line level rather than just requiring every transaction on the Work Order to follow the same payer.
