Outlook: Mark as read improvements
Outlook's mark-as-read behavior is being enhanced to align with user expectations. The Unread filter will now consistently mark items as read based on the "Mark as read when using the reading pane" setting, and opening items in a popout window will automatically mark them as read regardless of the setting.

Mark as read will be updated to better match user expectations. When using the Unread filter, items will also be marked as read in coherence with the existing "Mark as read when using the reading pane" setting.
