Microsoft Copilot (Microsoft 365): Branded footer in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app
Administrators can now display their organization's logo in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app footer using existing Admin Center theming settings. This enables branded visibility within Copilot's Chat interface with minimal additional configuration.
Action required: Review and configure organization logo display settings in Microsoft Admin Center theming to appear in Copilot app footer if desired.

This update introduces a co-branding experience in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app that helps organizations present an admin approved visual identifier directly within the Chat screen. Specifically, the experience enables administrators to leverage the organization-supported logo already managed in the Microsoft Admin Center theming settings and display it in the footer of the Chat screen, paired with a fixed label: “Approved by”.
