Microsoft 365 app: Microsoft Loop - Departed user content workflows for user-owned Loop workspaces
Admins can now manage what happens to Loop workspaces (including Copilot Pages) owned by departing users through retention and deletion workflows. This enables notifying other employees and granting temporary access to preserve important content before automatic deletion policies execute.
Action required: Review and configure retention and deletion workflows for user-owned Loop workspaces to manage departed user content; ensure administrators can notify other employees and provide temporary access to save data before deletion.
